Sourdough Pizza Crust

WHAT:

  • 1 cup sourdough discard

  • 2 cups flour

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 TBLSP olive oil

HOW:

  1. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl then knead the dough 4-5 times being careful not to over work the dough

  2. Form the dough into a ball and place into a bowl lined with olive oil

  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise for at least 2 hours (10-12 hours for best results)

  4. Heat the oven to 475* and roll out your dough into desired shape

  5. Add the toppings and bake for 10-15 min or until the crust is golden
