Chia seed pudding is the perfect breakfast, dessert, or snack to give you tons of protein, healthy fat, and satisfy that sweet tooth.

- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 4 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TSP vanilla
- 1 TBSP maple syrup
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- FOR CHOCOLATE: 2 TBSP cacao powder
H O W
- Place all ingredients in large mason jar or tupperware
- SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE
- Leave in fridge for at least 1 hour
- Top with fruit, granola, coconut flakes, yogurt, or whatever you like!
